When Griffin Media made the decision to relocate to Downtown Oklahoma City, Video Reality was ready to help. Griffin started with a blank slate and wanted to find the latest innovations in technology to keep employees ready and able to take on anything. This large scale project was expertly planned and executed.

In designing the conference and training rooms, Griffin Media had a specific vision of a room with an executive space design that is aesthetically pleasing, as well as fully integrated to the Crestron TSW-770-W-S wall mount touch screen room control system. A Sennheiser TeamConnect 2, in addition to QSC AD-P6T pendant speakers, were installed to allow for high quality audio for both video conferencing and in-room sound. The most interesting and challenging aspect of these room designs was to have the equipment rack and Barco Clickshare CX-50 hidden from view of the the basic user, but available to reach easily for maintenance. A built in Chief wall box was installed behind a detachable Da-Lite Da-Snap screen to allow for a completely polished look but still accessible. These rooms were topped off with a ceiling mounted NEC Ultra Short Throw Projector as well as a wall mounted AVer CAM520 conference camera to complete the fully integrated meeting space.

With the 2 smaller conference spaces and War Room, the same useability was required. The equipment installed resembles the above mentioned rooms, with the exception of the NEC – C751Q display wall mounted was used for the video display.

The huddle spaces and Human Resources required a meeting space that allowed for a lot of technological capability in a small meeting space. Therefore, Sony 4K displays were wall mounted and connected to a Barco Clickshare CX-20 and Crestron control system with HDMI wall plates to have an experience of a large fully integrated conference room is a much smaller, more personal space.

The living space was equipped with 3 Sony 65″ displays, mounted on a slat wall to create a comfortable space for those to relax and not compromise individual viewing. All conference and meeting spaces were outfitted with Crestron Room Scheduling that correspond with Office 365 that allow an individual or team to reserve the space during specific time periods.
