Versatility You Can Count On
Video Reality provides onsite product training and also offers a full-service training center at the home office in Oklahoma City. We can customize a training session to fit a smaller group with hands-on training to enable the highest level of interactive training. We can also customize training to allow for a larger group of participants in an FAQ or Q&A session style.
You (installation team) all did an amazing job (installing SMART displays) and the teachers went on and on about how professional and efficient you all are. Good Job!
Javier, thank you and your partner for the great job, you guys are awesome.
I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your install crew. Craig and his team (Eric and Matthew) were able to knock out all 8 Interactive Displays and finish up the Middle school 6th grade building today! They were all very professional, friendly, and flexible today with all the teachers and staff. Our 6th grade teachers were very impressed,
Thank you for getting your team out there to complete the installation, your installation team was great to work with and they did a great job.
I wanted to take a second to commend your guys that have been working on our campus this week. Matt Huff is always a pleasure and a great communicator. Several of our building 700 representatives have expressed appreciation for their professionalism and attitudes while working over there. I’d like to give an example of an experience we had with Kellan this morning. He< and I were having a conversation reflecting on “AOL” and MySpace and “old” things like that. All of the sudden Kellan says, “excuse me” and sprints out the door that was closest to us. Unbeknownst to me, he had noticed that an elderly lady in our parking lot had dropped her notebook and papers were blowing everywhere. He willingly went to the parking lot and helped this lady chase her paperwork blowing in the wind. What a guy! While we have never had a poor experience with any of the techs that have worked on campus.. I believe that you guys hit a homerun with these two! Kudos!
