Video Reality is seeking a Mid-Level/Experienced Audio-Visual Project Manager to join the Video Reality Team. This is a full-time project management position that will be responsible for helping to manage the coordination, execution, documentation, scheduling, and completion of a wide variety of AV integration projects. You will be required to help develop and improve the overall Project Management process.

Video Reality has been in the audio/visual design and installation business for over 25 years. In that time, we have been creating custom integration solutions for schools, government agencies, and businesses throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas.

General Requirements / Daily Tasks

Review and manage AV project documentation over the lifecycle of the project

Lead project kick off meetings

Act as the primary client representative during the integration phase

Timely and effective communication with client and/or client representatives

Strategic planning of required resources

Report on project status at established intervals to the client and company management

Change order management

Communicate project requirements with installation team

Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

Associates or bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

PMP or related certification preferred


High school diploma

At least two years’ work experience in related field

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of established industry standard project management methodologies

Experience managing multiple ongoing complex projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Strong written communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Innovative and creative, yet methodical in problem solving

A commitment to continuous learning

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of commercial audio-visual systems, equipment, and installation

2+ years’ experience in the Audio-Visual or construction industry is desirable

Proficiency in CAD

Interest in the latest commercial AV technology trends

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize and coordinate projects and workload

Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks

Strong sense of customer service
