Bookkeeping & Data Entry

Utility & Miscellaneous Business Bills & Expenses: Retrieve Bills from Online, Enter Bills into Accounting Software, & Pay Online
Reconcile Credit Card Statements in Accounting Software
Review Expense Reports in Accounting Software: Approve/Reject/Audit/Correct Expense Reports and Expenses

Customer Service

Greet & Assist Customers In-Person
Function as Primary Business Phone Operator
Send Customer Invoices to Accounts Payable & Primary Contacts
Review Collections (Past Due Account Receivables) and contact customers via email/phone
Complete W-9 Form Requests and Send to Customers
Complete Affidavits from Customers and get signed by Appropriate Company Authority
Request Certificates of Insurance for Customers
Process Customer Credit Card Payments using Virtual Terminal (Online CC Processor)

Office Management

Compile, Update, and File Important and Sensitive Documents
Purchase & Maintain Office Supplies
Clean & Maintain Common Areas of Office: Showroom, Breakroom, Restrooms
Stamp & Stuff Outgoing Mail
Participate in Operations Meetings
Occasionally Perform Errands Out of Office
Occasional Event Planning
Use & Maintain Office Equipment such as Printers and Label Makers
Use & Maintain & Software such as PDF Software and Online Account Portals

Education and Experience
